Frequently Asked Questions
How much raw should I feed each day?
A healthy adult dog needs 2%-3% of their body weight, and a puppy (12 months and under) needs 5%.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick up is available anytime during the week from a collection freezer. Please ensure you get your order in the day before you are wanting to collect.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we have a minimum order of 10kg and a delivery fee of $15 – $20 depending on your suburb.
How do I pay?
Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation and collection/delivery details. Payment can be made via direct debit/bank transfer before collection.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No, there's no need for you to be home. Your order will be delivered in an esky and placed in a secure, shady area. Eskies are re-used, so please remember to leave an esky out after your first order.

Please get in touch with us via the contact page. This way, we can have a chat and discuss the simplest way to get your dog (or cat) started on a raw diet.
Can I feed my puppy raw?
Yes, you sure can! Chicken is a great meat to start young puppies on, and just avoid the leaner meats such as roo.
